Description

Meet Poppy! Shaped like a Setter dog, this rectangular basket is perfect for storing your little treasures. It’s handmade from braided cords of recycled PET bottle fibers, mixed with toffee-colored cotton. Its ears and tail are finished with layered fringes, while the head and neck are softly detailed with embroidered lashes and a sweet snout for a lifelike touch. A rope across the sides helps keep the basket in shape, and it includes a small toy bone attached to the label as a playful final touch.

The Barcelona brand that invented the washable rug, Lorena Canals handcrafts pillows, blankets, play mats and storage from natural cotton and wool that are beautiful enough for a carefully considered nursery, and engineered to go straight in the washing machine. Each piece is made by hand in the brand's own workshops in India using non-toxic dyes, and supports the Sakûla Project, a school for children in northern India.
