Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $200. A flat $8 fee applies to orders under $200.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as yours is on its way. We currently ship within the United States. If a package goes missing or gets stuck in transit, email us and we'll help track it down.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your little ones to love everything from Small Street. We happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items are refunded as store credit so you can find something that's a better fit, in every sense.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached and/or boxes intact (if applicable). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
All vintage pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each is one-of-a-kind and pre-loved, so we include detailed measurements and condition notes on every listing. Please review these before purchasing, and reach out with any questions before you buy.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@smallstreetconcept.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll walk you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
